Excellent service in what started out as a straightforward transaction to one that brought us heartache from the people who were buying our property dropped out on the verge of signing The property we were buying and happy to say 12 months later we got from Lancasters made up for a lot The staff were brilliant a credit to the trade and special thanks goes to Jason who put up with so much nonsense that went on from our side that he never once complained or showed any regrets but dealt with everything professionally Thanks once again and I would not hesitate in the future to use Lancasters 👍🏽

Lancasters were excellent from the start of the sale process to the end. They kept me informed of what was happening in the market, ensured I was aware of all viewings and they carried out accompanied viewings at all times. The staff are extremely helpful and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Lancaster’s were supportive throughout the selling journey, giving me good advice at each stage. They worked hard to sell our property. It took 8 months to sell, but in a declining market this was not surprising in retrospect. We achieved a reasonable price. We dropped the price twice to reflect market conditions, and each time Lancasters managed the flurry of viewings well, giving me feedback from every one. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lancasters to people looking to sell a house in Horwich. I thought their fees were good value. And, the photos they took of the house were superb! I’m sure this helped, in Rightmove space.
