We have recently sold and purchased through Brock Taylor and the service has been exceptional throughout. From selling our first home in less than a week, to helping us find our dream family home. Sarah on the sales progression side has been amazing with constant updates and dealing with challenging solicitors on our behalf. Just some quick feedback related to our recent experience trying to purchase a house via Brook Taylor. Although we just lost out on the deal I must recognise Keith Grant who was extremely helpful, informative and professional during the process. We were constantly kept informed and any questions or concerns were answered and addressed immediately which really helped keep the stress and worry to a minimum. Although we missed out on the property I hope the next one we find and view has Brock Taylor as their agent. Thanks again Keith and the Team. Matt 👍

Communication with members of the team have been excellent, especially in the early days with taking viewings and with the days leading up to completion. He gave reassurance in the market and the likelihood of us selling, providing a good estimate which aligned with other estate agents. He has responded quickly and efficiently to emails and queries.
