I have recently used Brock Taylor to let my 1 bed flat. Within 3 weeks of seeing Suzanna for the rental estimate the new tenants had moved in - at the full asking rent.I could not have asked for any better than that. Suzanna was very helpful and efficient through the whole process keeping me and the new tenants informed. Also the tenants that Suzanna introduced have been excellent. Rent paid on time and they keep the flat in pristine order.

Where should I start. This is the second property my finance and I have rented. Our first time using Brock Taylor. Compared to our previous agent, Brock Taylor have been a breath of fresh air. To begin with we were shown round a number of properties by Suzanne Harley, she was punctual, knowledgeable and most importantly willing to spend the time with us, to insure we made the right choice. Suzanne and Brock Taylor were all very helpful during the paperwork stage, everything completed very smoothly. Once we moved in we were passed to the property management team, and our new point of contact Terri Brand. Terri has been incredibly effective, having dealt with all the little niggles of the new property without any issue, or undue delay. Terri has been a pleasure to deal with so far and has set the bar high. Based on my experience so far, I have no doubt Brock Taylor will continue to hit that bar.

I mostly dealt with Emily who was exceptional and everything you would want from an estate agent. Worked tireless hours to help me sell my house and I always felt I was her top priority. Her superb communication, including quick concise replies to emails was everything you would want and more from someone who has been entrusted to deal with what for many is the largest event in their lives.

As you can already see from the reviews of Brock Taylor, they're a very efficient team of people who are genuinely interested in what you're looking for. I have been dealing with Sam and although we haven't yet found a place, as a first time buyer Sam has been very patient and understanding with our changing needs as we look into the market and figure out what we want. I have spoken with a few estate agents now in the daunting task of finding our first place and the majority of them have taken us for a ride such as over valuing their house, saying lots of viewings have taken place even though said place has been on the market for months, and generally just looking down on us with our apparent lack of experience and market knowledge. I can assure you Brock Taylor do anything but! Whether we complete a house purchase with Brock Taylor or not, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
