I have been with Brock Taylor for a few years now and they are a very friendly, helpful company . Suzanna and Iona are extremely helpful with any issues that arise with the property and they inform me straight away , so we can solve it quickly for the tenants . Thank you for all your hard work

Sarah in sales progression was fantastic all the way through the sale of my property giving me updates regularly. Sarah took the stress away by dealing with everything efficiently. Brock Taylor have been a delight to deal with.

We had great experience with Brock Taylor we dealt with Emily who was marvelous!! She was always there to help and guide us through the process of buying a house and to help us to work out what we needed from a house for our family. (I feel like I have made a friend!) When selling our house, both Emily and Josh were really great! We felt comfortable and confident with them to get the best price and the best service, everything went smoothly and we are extremely grateful! We would certainly recommend Brock Taylor!! Thanks guys!!

Josh, Emily, Richard and David were all great from start to finish. I felt confident after my first meeting with Josh that they would market the house well and get a lot of interest, which indeed they did. The house was put on the market quickly and Emily did a fantastic job at keeping me updated. She also started helping to look for my new home. She was simply amazing with her communication, friendliness and proactive attitude. Richard then took over with the progression of the house and whilst he was on holiday, a small stumbling block happened - completely out of their control, but David managed the situation beautifully to reduce the delay in the sale. David went above and beyond what the company should have had to deal with (due to another agent down the chain) and kept me informed at all points. He reassured and took the stress away which was much appreciated. Overall a great team and they all deserve a pay rise!! Or recognition of some form. Highly recommend and will use again if I need to sell or buy (but hopefully not for a while)! Thanks again to a great team.
