Having dealt with several different estate agents over recent years I have to say the lettings team at Brock Taylor, especially Suzanna and Alex, were great to deal with. I have sold both my son’s flat and our own house through Brock Taylor and also asked them for advice on rental prices and house values on several occasions. The team (led by the personable and efficient Peter Mansell) is outstanding, both in their professionalism and in their manner and nothing seems too much trouble for them! Yesterday their valuer, Dave, visited our recently extended house as we needed a (free!) valuation for Stamp Duty purposes. There was nothing in it for them, but he came at short notice, gave us his time and remembered every detail of the house from when we had put it on the market 3y ago - impressive! In the past I have had some less than pleasant experiences with estate-agents, but Brock Taylor is not only 2 cuts above the rest in my opinion but totally in a league of their own! There are cheaper options on the High Street and on-line, but I guarantee that with Brock Taylor, you will have total peace of mind and as speedy a sale as possible (in this buyers market!).

Viewing to moving in date was only 2 weeks and I was kept informed of the progress on a very regulalry basis. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
