Originally we planned to sell our property through Brock Taylor as they clearly had a good grasp of the market and a great track record. They were very quick to accommodate our change of decision to let on a short hold tenancy as COVID-19 took hold and they found us qualified tenants within 7 days. Throughout they’ve been attentive and responsive and we would recommend them to anyone contemplating selling or letting property in Horsham.

Brock taylor managed my sale From a sales point of view, Brock Taylor were excellent.They found a buyer and a price that I was happy with. When it came to managing the sale however, their performance was poor. I wasn’t kept informed of the status of the sale. When things dragged on unexplainably, I ended up doubting what I was being told. I would still advise people to use them, as they have great sales skills and local knowledge.
