We recently reported a wasp nest in our roof for our let property. I spoke with Kerry Tate who acted promptly and arranged pest control to come out within the week to remove. Brock Taylor really seem to care about their tenants which is not the experience I have received with previous estate agents. Very impressed with the level of customer care.

I have used Brock Taylor on two separate occasions. Firstly for a purchase, then a few years later for a sale and purchase. The initial positive experience was a deciding factor in choosing Brock Taylor for a sale and purchase years later. In both transactions, Brock Taylor were timely, responsive, informative, and incredibly dedicated in providing a top rate service. The valuations were accurate and honest. The pictures were of high quality. And the information provided on the properties guided our decisions. Brock Taylor was quick in finding a buyer and ensured all options were given to us for a purchase on a priority basis. Moving the transaction along was made less stressful by having a dedicated representative that was unflappable in progressing the exchange. We are now incredibly grateful and satisfied with the service offered by Brock Taylor and would recommend to anyone moving in the Horsham area.
