I had a brilliant experience with Brock Taylor especially with Keith and Angel. Angel was the one who encouraged me to view the property — I wasn’t sure at first, but she had such a lovely, genuine way of talking me into giving it a chance. I’m so glad I did, because it turned out to be the one! Keith was equally fantastic — professional, patient, and always quick to follow up. Together they made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth and positive. I can’t thank them enough for their warmth, honesty, and sense of humour along the way. Highly recommend both Keith and Angel — a real credit to the agency!
