Extremely disappointed with the lack of response by Glenn. We had intended to purchase a property and despite providing all the necessary documents, we had been told that the property was sold to someone else who had offered more money. This is extremely unfair and disrespectful as they had verbally agreed on our offer. To then take it back has caused unnecessary stress. My mother had contacted Balgores to confirm that upon my return from Australia, I would swiftly provide all the documents needed - which I had done so and they had agreed that this was fine. To then turn around and say we were taking too long when they had TOLD US it was okay is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful. Glenn had also not been responding to my emails. If anything, I was able to provide the documents while abroad, but zero communication from Balgores proved that they clearly do not care. Avoid Balgores unless you want to deal with unnecessary stress.

Stay away from balgores! Disgusting in there attitude. I called up 9am this morning and recieved an email around 2pm stating a contractor should be in contact. I was then expected to up and leave work to accommodate to an engineer in an hour and 15 minutes. We was then told if we didnt take this slot it would be at our responsibility to pay for someone to do it. Disgusting, disgraceful and left without a toilet, sink, and showers.
Misleading Practices and Breach of Regulations I'm extremely disappointed with Balgores- Hornchurch's handling of a property we intended to purchase . Despite being told to sign the agreement by Arif the property was sold to someone else by Bradley. This wasted our time and caused significant stress, especially since the property was meant to be our first marital home before our wedding in August. The agent created a bidding war despite Bradley mentioning on the first viewing, they don’t want bidding wars and gave the ‘golden number’ of what offer we should place. This placed undue pressure on us, and breached the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Their actions were unfair and misleading. It was disheartening as the day we came to sign the documents our expectations completely changed. With no prior warning to the viewing after being spoken to, we were not notified until we arrived at the property. It was deeply saddening and frustrating to myself and my fiancée. I have contacted Balgores regarding this issue but it is best to share my experience with the public. Avoid Balgores Hornchurch if you want a smooth and honest transaction.
I just rented a flat through them days ago, they said that they can only release the keys to the property if I sign the inventory first, so I had no choice. I moved in and there's no lighting in half of the property, reported it in an email 3 days ago, plus called, then I re-emailed today and called too, AMANDA the property manager now argues that these were not indicated on the inventory and they don't want to fix it. Amanda should be fired as she failed to understand that a tenant is a CUSTOMER, and she should treat the situation accordingly.
BEWARE NOT OT USE THIS AGENT The services which I have obtained for agent is absolutely diabolic and a disgrace. My family has made an offer for a property 5 months ago and they have recommended solicitors and a broker which we agreed to use (from high recommendation from the agent). However, as soon you sign the Gazeal agreement. He was made to pay £1080 for the agreement and further £500 fees on other documents. While sales progress is ongoing, NO and absolutely NO support was given and the agent BLOCK YOUR NUMBER to stop you from making contacts with the agent. The sales agent would not even answer your call and they will make minimum contact. BEWARE TO AVOID Balgeores and use alternative agent such as Bristow eve or Haart or any other local estate agents. If you want to buy property over 2 years of process then use them with no support and additional fees which they ask you to pay that no other agent would ask. I am sure they use fake reviews on their news letters to improve their profile.
Not happy with their communication when they tried to sell our house. I feel there is a lot in common with other 1 star reviews listed here.
Not impressed with the 'help' I received from the girl who I spoke to. I've dealt with the dagenham office before and was very impressed and happy. This girl I found to be quite abrupt and not very approachable. Even if, like in my case, she was unable to help, there's ways and means of talking to a customer. I did expect respect and manners, but she made me feel like I was a nuisance and wasnt much good at all. I only wished I'd asked her name. So I shan't be using balgores again. There are plenty of other agents in the area, if only I'd gone to the others first and avoided this place. I feel extremely let down and wouldn't urge people to use balgores in future. Shame.
