We paid a week deposit to secure the property, but after 3 days they gave the prolerty to someone else. A total waste of time! I don't recommend!

After a 2 years tenancy where the rental property was kept in a very good condition , the way Balgores dealt with the deposit was appalling to put it mildly. Luckily for us, the TDS - dispute resolution was able to keep an objective approach and awarded the landlord only £195 of an incredible bill of £2500 for minor repairs and reasonable wear and tear which is to be expected in a 2 year tenancy. Jade Sharpe's attitude was everything but professional or customer service oriented, condescending at times and very keen to make us pay for things that related to wear and tear or were already damaged when we moved in. I will not be using this " Award winning agency" as a tenant or landlord as their attitude was far from " award winning".

Absolutely terrible would never recommend anyone to buy or let through these people not only are they rude but they will do anything for money, I rented out a property through them for a year and all I got was calls saying the neighbours were complaining about me but I spoke to all the neighbours there and none of them admitted to these complaints it was all a scheme to cancel the contract so they could keep the deposit saying that we damaged the property. When I first viewed the property I spoke to Paul and asked if there was any mould problems in this property he lied and said no once we moved in within a couple weeks we had mould. Absolutely disgraceful and the way I was treated when speaking to them over the phone was disgusting. Avoid Jackie at all costs not only was she rude but made me feel bullied. Wish I could give them 0 stars but unfortunately you can’t.

Balgores lettings hornchurch, Jackie Martin in lettings is an unprofessional, deceitful person you will ever come across, avoid this person at all costs!!!

Beware!!Landlords & Tenants Dont use this company for anything.They are Fraudsters. They descriminate.they were so quick to take my card details.they took my 500 pounds told me i failed the credit check and never gave me a penny back .i have seen a 65 yr old lady(landlord) cry because of the way she was treated.ready to help if you need any proof or evidence.i dealt with Thomas  movaldo and Jackie martin at Hornchurch branch(lettings).jackie was so so rude.wish the government will get a grip on this estate agencies everywhere.i will keep their details and document incase anything comes up in future on how to report or expose them

I don't recommend this agency. I felt discriminated by their letting agent and she wasn't able to read my employment contract or bank statements. They refuse to rent a house after I make an offer they continued to show the property to other people and the they said somebody else offered to the landlord the rent for one year up front
