Dee is amazing! He worked so hard to make sure a difficult time went as smoothly as possible. He was professional, knowledgable, organised and forward planning throughout and went beyond the call of duty to help get the sale across the line despite many obstacles along the way. There was a court order in place alongside this sale and he remained focused and professional at all times. You pay for what you get - Balgores is second to none in terms of selling and buying. Billy was top of his class when selling my property, keeping me regularly updated throughout and was on hand for any questions/issues that arose during the (stressful) process. Always being reassured and updated - rather than having to chase - makes a huge difference and such a small action goes a long way. An additional mentioned of Suzanne and Dan who were extremely helpful and insightful in their respective actions on getting my sale/purchase over the line - as a collective, I don't see why you would want to use any other agent!
