17 years ago we bought our house from John and this month we sold our home with John & his family team. We were very happy with the communication right from the start. We received emails confirming viewings and follow up calls with feedback from Amanda. Lara did a great job on the visuals to make sure we got our property marketed to its potential, including coming back to retake some shots when the weather was better. The pricing was spot on (unlike another Estate Agent who recommended we put the house on the market significantly lower and who made a point that they sold properties quickly .. well of course they would !). He replied to my emails after his usual hours and went to the trouble of letting me know I had been accepted on the house after closing hours via email, as he realised it was important for me to know prior to the long weekend.
