I am giving 5 stars to the wonderful JODIE who has been a complete superstar from start to finish and beyond. Extremely professional, customer service is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble, it was my daughters first rental and Jodie made the whole journey so easy, taking time to answer all our questions even in her own time. Balgores are incredibly lucky to have her and I hope the bosses appreciate her as much as we do. Even whilst on holiday she still made sure she was available to help with anything we needed. I don't usually leave reviews but this young lady deserves all the praise and recognition possible. We cannot thank her enough for her continued support and for everything she has done. She really is a very special young lady with a heart of gold. So whoever is in charge, give that girl a raise, she's worth every single penny, and then some. Billy at Balgores and his team, not only found me the right buyer but got me the best price on my 7bedroom detached house in Hornchurch and when I say best price he smashed the ceiling price of the road and with their contacts and market coverage the whole chain was brought and sold through Balgores so they had their eyes on the game the whole time and were dealing with queries within 24 to 48hrs which took the whole stress out the whole process. Testing the market Balgores also come out the most competitive like for on what other agents offer. 100% recommend Balgores. Thanks to Billy and his team.
