Sam has been amazing! I almost feel like she hand picked my new job for me. She listened to my frustrations with my current role, had an engaging conversation with me about what my aspirations for, introduced the role, and gently introduced the owners of the business to me and what their aspirations were. All whilst not building my hopes so much that a “pass” would have been devastating, but enough for me to do 4 pages of interview prep - front and back!
