Mark Claxton, from Hornchurch branch, is marvellous and helped us in letting our house. I found him quite pleasant and always approachable (even when he is on holiday) for any queries I had; guiding through each step which may sometime be overwhelming for people like me who are first time in this process. What an unexpected 5* service! I say unexpected as I, unfortunately, had a not so positive experience with Balgores years ago (apart from Pete, the mortgage guru, he's always been legendary!). When the house I wanted to view this time was with them I was a bit worried. So, before they even started they were on the back foot with me which highlights just how good the service was to turn my opinion on its head. Reece Woodhall was able to let all six properties within our timescale. His service and experience gave us great confidence despite an emergency which he was able to defer the tenant without a hitch, merely switching properties.
