Connor and Tyrone were wonderful- so patient and willing to answer my many questions over a very stressful couple of weeks. They were always friendly, polite, reassuring, and informative about every step of the process (including when I asked stupid questions having never rented a place that wasn't bills included and shared, and the couple of times I phoned up crying) and always gave an explanation for any delays or problems (which were never unreasonable or the agency's fault). A few times when all phones in the office were engaged I went through to the answering service which is operated by other employees (not a machine), who I could explain my reason for calling to and got a call back from Connor shortly after, my message having been passed on so I didn't have to repeat it. It was a very stressful time for me but D&J did everything they could be expected to and more to make it as easy as possible for me.
