I rented a flat with Newman last year... I think it is the most unprofessional service I have ever had with any business. Nothing was right: unresponsive for the length of the tenancy, flat wasn't professionally cleaned before we moved in, as promised, and they tried to get a large part of the deposit at the end (disputed and they didn't get it). I don't understand how they can operate with their very poor and disorganised ways of working.
Reply from D & J Lettings and Property Management: Dear Pierre
I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service and apologise for any inconvenience you feel you were caused. Having checked your tenancy file I see that the management company assigned to the block of apartments you resided in made various complaints to us and your landlord directly as to the conduct of your tenancy. Furthermore there were issues raised by the landlord relating to proposed deposit deductions. The issue was sent to TDS where their decision was deemed fair and appropriate
