Avoid at all costs. Myself and my housemate were renting and received awful, awful service. We were given no support for the many issues we had, including no hot water or heating through Christmas and Winter, and a two meter crack in the kitchen ceiling, which also resulted in that and the bathroom above being unsafe. We raised these issues time and time again with 'Julie', with absolutely no support. Eventually being given a 'No-Fault' Section 21 Notice, just before Christmas.
