Absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer care. I contacted them before Christmas to request a light bulb replacement in the communal area, with no reponce, eventually after calling three times the bulb was replaced. I have now sent a further three messages and two phone calls with an issue I have with a tree branch growing against the blocks connunal Sky satellite dish with absolutely no response. Does not shout out much about what the sales pitch is on the web site regarding the commitment to their landlords and tenants.
