We were tenants through D&J for two and half years and eventually purchased our property from our landlord, also going through D&J. We could not have asked for better help during both processes. Property (both rental and purchase) is of course an emotive, complicated and expensive thing, and we found that the staff at D&J were professional, sensitive and patient. They perfectly navigated the middle player role that we needed them to be in. Both as tenants and buyers, we felt looked after, whilst we also knew that our landlord/ seller was being treated fairly too.
