16 Days since they were asked to return my deposit, and still no sign of it, for a property rented from them. Disgusting service. Would never rent from them again.

Dear Kane, I'm so sorry about this but as you know we were very pleased to help you find the rental property in 2014, some 10 years ago, which as you know was managed by your landlord. We didn't know you had moved out of the property and reminded your landlord about returning the deposit which we paid into your account last Friday 12 April 2024.
