North Hertfordshire council only built 315 affordable homes in the last 10 years! As a letting agent in Hitchin, I have seen first hand the challenges people face in finding suitable housing. Private landlords have stepped in to provide homes for those in need, but I understand that some may feel frustrated with the current state of the rental market.
