Great line of communication

Belvoir cannot be praised
Belvoir cannot be praised enough for the way in which they smoothed the way for my move from Devon to Hertfordshire. During what was, inevitably, a stressful experience, Jan was always on hand to deal with any queries relating to my purchase. Jan and her colleague John dealt with those queries in a friendly and sympathetic manner which greatly contributed to my successful move to Hertfordshire.

Fantastic
The Belvoir team were great from the moment I spoke to them about putting my home on the market. It was an easy decision, and the right one. 4 months into the process and having had an offer accepted, we offered on a property that Belvoir had for sale and were accepted. Belvoir were with us every step of the way, literally! 6.5 months later and we were sat in the office for nearly 2 hours awaiting release of the keys. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John and Jan for another sale or purchase.

Best agents we've
Best agents we've rented through! The team have been great from the viewing process through to maintenance requests. Conor was particularly fab at organising our viewing and being super helpful throughout the process, very professional and lovely to deal with. Bronte was also amazing with our maintenance issues when we first moved in, and did a great job at keeping us in the loop and being a fantastic intermediary between us and the landlord, again very professional and lovely to deal with! We can only recommend renting through Belvoir! Thank you very much!

Jan was brilliant throughout the purchase process for my house - I could not rate her customer service levels highly enough. Having been let down badly with a previous purchase and my confidence in estate agents was low. Jan was sensitive to my family circumstances and patiently allowed me all the viewings I needed to make an informed decision. Then when my offer was accepted, she effectively tag-teamed with her colleague John, who was equally efficient, to ensure no balls were dropped and everything progressed to a super-speedy completion. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they were dealt with calmly and swiftly by this solutions-oriented duo. The result is that I now have a beautiful home in the area I wanted for myself and my children. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Hitchin to prospective buyers and sellers.

Superb
Bronte and the team were very helpful helping us out when we had a leak on our bathroom roof. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were doing okay and happy with contractors, etc. it made us feel very included as renters and I cannot recommend the agency enough.
