Much like Caitlin below, moved down from way up north (Wolverhampton) and Connor kept me updated and has been highly personable throughout. Checks were completed in good time and any queries were handled in good time. Unfortunately, Connor was on annual leave when I picked the keys up but the other staff were personable and did not spend long in the office sorting out the ID check and paperwork. The help with bills offered through Ittria is a big thing too. Could not recommend enough. Thank you!

I had previously contracted the sale of my house with another recognised estate agent with a nationwide network. After 6 months of being catastrophically let down, mislead & stressed by (I could write a book on), I researched & found reviews for Belvoir (Hitchin).
