We wished to write a short review of the excellent service provided to us by Jan Furness and the Belvoir Hitchin Team . A highly Professional personal service that made us feel that at all times our interests were first and foremost. Immediate responses and real initiative when problems arose as they always do in property transactions. We were updated and did not have to chase our sale at any point . Thank you .

Jan Furness - phenomenal

Jan Furness from Belvoir is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in any sector! Supported with my apartment sale and when it fell through, recovered it and sold it again. Goes above and beyond at every opportunity, getting involved in my purchase also, when needed, to support and acting as the bridge between all parties and solicitors to speed things along. If Jan cannot sell your house - and at pace, in a challenging market - I'd imagine no one can! If you've given up hope, viewings have slowed, offers are low - call Jan and ask Belvoir to support you right now :)

Very professional and dedicated throughout. Davinder has built a formidable sales team and our house sale was delayed a number of times because of the pandemic. But John and Jan stayed with us and navigated us through our sale to our desired purchase. Jan is the 'Jedi master' of sales negotiators and worked tirelessly to make sure not only we sold but we secured the property we wanted to buy, dealing with other agents and even dealing with solicitor issues when required. Above and beyond. There are no problems in Jan's world only solutions. Best Estate Agent we have ever used.
