I have now sold two properties with Putterills, based on the recommendation of a friend who had sold her last three houses with them. I can now firmly make recommendations of my own and I cannot rate Putterills highly enough! From long before I instructed them to put my last property on the market, they were phenomenal, with Henry offering fantastic advice and steering me in the right direction as to what I ought to be doing. They put my house on the market at about 3 pm on a tuesday and had contacted me with an asking price offer by 3 pm the next day. The property sold for more that the valuation price and Helen kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, neither being distant or pushy. The balance that the whole team at Putterills achieved was exactly what I needed. If anyone is looking to sell a property within the areas that Putterills cover, they should not hesitate to give them a call. I only wish that they covered the area that I am now living in, so that, should I need to sell my current house, I could use them!
