Northwood have been very efficient and professional so far in our tenancy. From the beginning of our process of looking for a flat we have felt supported. Kim was very professional and kind throughout our viewings. During our application process northwood were transparent, contactable and organised to ensure all documentation was completed accordingly and timely. During tenancy we have been able to get in contact as and when needed and they have been prompt in sorting maintenance issues particularly Kim and Richard. Renting can be a stressful experience however we have felt supported throughout the whole process and start of our tenancy.
