I've been a landlord for 20 years. Then I had the misfortune to rent via jnp for the last 2 years and I can honestly say they are the worst agent I've ever come across; they don't return calls, they don't support when things go wrong, honestly a total shambles

Moved out of property on 27th of December. Havent received any communication regarding to my deposit and when I called them Ive been ignored. Poor phone communication and they dont respond to any emails. I do not recommend it to anyone. During tenancy also had issues with contacting anyone from property management.

We completed a job for Jnp which has been 4 months and still no payment
