JNP have provided me with excellent service over a period of seven years. I had to move quickly for work and JNP took me through the process of renting out my flat. As a novice landlord it was great to have their experience on my side whilst I had a series of tenants (with no gaps). Eventually I needed to sell my flat and JNP helped me to transition from renting out to selling. JNP handled all the viewings for my flat and gave me prompt and helpful feedback. For various reasons, it took over a year for my flat to sell. As part of that process, I had to extend the length of the lease. During this time, JNP maintained focus to help me achieve a sale. I have recently sold the flat and right from the start there was good effort starting with Mark and then taken over by Martin for the conveyancing. The online sign in tool is very useful for checking in to see feedback from viewings as well as a member of staff giving regular feedback by phone. A great service was given and I would recommend JNP to anyone thinking of selling locally. The value in getting the excellent service was well worth the slightly higher fee than other agents locally. Brilliant estate agents only wish I had advertised my property with them rather then Hurst. JNP represented the property I was buying and they were fantastic. Joshua Hare was brilliant with his communication via email and phone. I was in a very difficult chain which 6 months it took to complete Joshua pretty much saw it through to the end, Graeme Pierce was also fantastic in helping to get the purchase over the line.
