Unfortunately, we encountered a hiccup with the first property we wanted, through no fault of JNP's, but Lloyd was fantastic in helping us work around this and we ended up renting another property that we are even happier with. Recently we have to relocate from Germany to UK. As part of process JNP team assisted in securing place in High Wycombe. Team is very responsive and friendly. It eased my process. Initially Xenia helped me with process and she guided with all required steps. It made lot of value to set the stage. Further she went on leave and my application has been picked up by other colleague Shaun. I can see that Shaun is very proactive and responds to all emails very promptly, of course even for a simple query. He makes sure all points are clarified and more importantly answers them with lots of patience. Sitting in Germany and getting tenancy agreement is a real challenge for me. Shaun ran around with accounts team, landlord and made sure to send me tenancy agreement in time. Big thanks to Shaun and Xenia. Wish JNP all the very best.

We sold our property with JNP recently and the Team in High Wycombe were great, very professional and responsive. We chose them because in our area we’d noticed they appeared to be the agents whose boards changed from ‘Fors Sale’ to ‘Sold’ most frequently. My first contact was with Michael, who not only comprehensively explained the process to me but also, when I said I wanted the house on the market ASAP, went straight back to the office and returned with his camera within the hour and took all the photos - We were on the market within a couple of days. We then dealt with both Martin, who was friendly and helpful, and mainly Caroline, who was great and proved such a valuable link between us and our conveyancer, as we were constantly frustrated by the lack of response from the latter. We feel that Caroline went above and beyond for us and that things would have dragged on for much longer if it wasn’t for her help in chasing and pushing the process along. We would like to make it clear that the 5 stars are for Caroline and the Team in Wycombe and definitely NOT for JNP’s ‘in-house’ Conveyancers Premier Property Lawyers, who we would not recommend to anyone!
