After going through a hellish experience trying to buy a property in London with an entirely separate estate agents that took almost 6 months and resulted in failure, my partner and I warily started the second attempt of buying our first home. But this time through JNP. Safe to say, we had no need to be wary because JNP were exceptional. We were absolutely blown away by their professionalism. We placed our offer in mid May and completed in the beginning of August which was a stark contrast to our previous experience. But enough comparisons, here is where JNP really outshines the competition and why we as first time buyers, strongly recommend their services: 1) Communication skills: From the price negotiator who got us a brilliant price to the sales progression team who were fantastic, the staff regularly called us to check in and answer any concerns/assist with chasing enquiries. Shoutout to Jan in sales progression, you're an absolute credit to the business! We felt so lucky to have you assist us with our purchase. 2) Bedside manner: Even though we technically weren't their client as we were buyers not sellers, JNP treated us like adults and we felt that they were being upfront and honest with us throughout the process. No lies to exploit our lack of knowledge, no bullying or pressure tactics. Just kind, efficient, polite and honest. They even gifted us a bottle of sparkly when we completed, how thoughtful! 3) Flexibility & Patience: We viewed our property twice and even had a surveyor come afterwards. JNP never kicked up a fuss or pressured us to exchange at all. They respect your rights as a buyer to be satisfied with the condition of the property before you commit yourself to buying it. I can't recommend them enough, if we look to move elsewhere in the future then I'm sure we will be coming back to JNP.

It has been a pleasure to work with JNP through the sales negotiation. Christine has supported both the vendor and ourselves to work together. Christine has gone out of her way to meet with us twice and has been easy to reach and have communication with. A big thank you for all your support in what can be a difficult process. Recently sold and purchased another property through JNP and was more then happy with the service provided from valuation through to completion. I’m 1-day away from completion, and honestly it’s all thanks to Jan C at JNP in High Wycombe. As a first-time buyer, I found the progress very daunting, but Jan provided a superb service throughout the whole process, and she was the key to keeping the sale moving along. She was very friendly and professional, and she was always on the ball with my conveyancers. She actually listened to my concerns at various points of the sale and was always on hand to answer my questions. Shout-out to Charlotte S too, for making me fall in love with the place as soon as I went to the viewing with her - she seemed genuinely excited for me, and she inspired me with the property in an instant. Lisa was prompt and quickly registered my offer, keeping me informed every step of the way until my offer was accepted. I would recommend buying a property through JNP High Wycombe, but would suggest researching conveyancers around the area as I found “JNP Conveyancing” quite difficult to deal with at times (but note, they are separate to JNP in High Wycombe)

The whole team at JNP have been truly amazing from Nathan who did the valuation to Christina who has been organising all the viewings. Christina has been amazing throughout the whole process, keeping us updated and informed every step of the way on the progress of the sale of the property. I would like to thank the staff of JNP for their service in the process of selling our house. I would specifically like to thank Janet Chandler , the sales progressor. Between one thing and another, our sale was very hard and extremely time consuming to get to exchange. Janet spent a long time dealing with everyone in the chain, was very patient with all the problems thrown up (of which there were many!) and helped us all the way. We got to exchange by the skin of our teeth prior to the Xmas shut down . This was 12 midday on 23/12/22 and exchange was 10.30 am. At 9 am, no-one was even sure exchange would happen! David Bacchus has been my go to at JNP, he’s so helpful and supportive, and worked hard at getting me into my new rental property as soon as possible as I was in a rush. I’ve had some issues with the landlord of my rental property and David and the team at JNP have been brilliant. They have really been on my side and have taken the stress and worry off me and are dealing with the situation themselves. Great service.

JNP Recently sold my property in High Wycombe. I was very impressed at their professionalism. They were very fast to get the property photographed and marketed on-line. The contract was fair and did not included no sale clauses as the 1st estate agent I spoke to had. JNP did all the viewings notifying me prior to each. The property had 2 offers within the 1st week. The post sales team (Jan) then kept me updated throughout the process to completion. I would highly recommend them.

We've just exchanged contracts on our High Wycombe house (completion imminent!), and Lisa of JNP's been wonderfully helpful throughout. From start to finish she's been able offer advice on the best way to proceed, getting in touch with solicitors on buyer and seller sides when necessary to both keep us updated and ensure that things are progressing as they should. All in all JNP are thoroughly recommended; selling a house is always going to be an extended process, with the occasional uncertain moment, but with their support our sale's gone as smoothly as it possibly could have!

I would highly recommend this estate agent. I recently bought a new build flat through them. They were so supportive and helped me at every stage of the purchase. They kept in touch, allowed me to come and do extra viewings as often as I wanted. And the best thing was they helped to push it over the line just before Christmas when the solicitors were happy to delay. John and Jamie have such a nice manner. It was a really nice experience.
