Lisa and Caroline were very professional, thorough and diligent, proactively liaising with all parties to ensure the deal came off successfully and managing any problems no matter how big or small. As a first time buyer it was good to have people who knew their stuff and were patient in explaining details to me as required. I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing a property from JNP again and when / if I ever need to sell my place I know who to call!

With the market in such difficult conditions, the estate agent you choose (buying or selling) needs to work harder than ever to push through what's needed. No sale is straight forward, but having Lisa from JNP on our side to make the whole process work was akin to having a guardian angel protecting and supporting us from start to finish. From viewings, to advise, to chasing solicitors and making everything move Lisa could not have done more. What's more impressive is the manner in which she works and how much she cares about the people she helps! I approached selling our house with trepidation but I need not have worried. The JNP team have been amazing, Nathan & Caroline gave us their advice on how to get the best price for our slightly unusual house.
