My boyfriend and I are first time buyers and have been looking for a house around High Wycombe and we saw one we really liked the look of. We were nervous about using an estate agent again after a hideous experience with another local agents in High Wycombe this week, but the anxiety soon disappeared after talking to the lovely Caroline who was the epitome of professional and so lovely to talk to at the same time. When we went to view the house we met the lovely Lisa, again who was the epitome of professional, she had check sheets and knew a lot about the area, unlike the previous agents we went to to put an offer in on a different house!! I really hope we get to complete with JNP as our experience so far has been a walk in the park and we know how stressful buying is, but I know with the people at JNP it will be so less stressful. I don’t normally do reviews, but sometimes I have to and on this occasion it’s definitely one worth doing if it helps others in our situation!!

Proactive and professional. Originally put my home on the market with another agent in early March and, eight weeks in, the number of viewings was drying up and there was no sniff of an offer. Switched to JNP in early May, and within 4 weeks they had showed to over 30 prospective buyers and I received a great offer which I have accepted. All the team at JNP have been really dedicated and helpful - particular praise to Martin who has been excellent at providing updates and feedback, and Ella who has been involved from the start and has kept in touch and been very proactive.

We have bought a house through JnP (completing tomorrow!) and from start to finish they have been excellent. If anyone has the pleasure of working with Emma Cross there they are in very capable hands. We had a prolonged buying process (through various delays with solicitors and nothing to do with JnP) and I am in serious doubt this would have gone through without Emma's stewardship. If and when we are looking to sell our house I wouldn't do it through any other estate agent than JnP. Anyone looking for a recommendation on who to list with should look no further. I didn't have to be asked to leave a review for JNP. It would be wrong of me not after the absolutely amazing service I received. Sales Progressor Emma needs a promotion, a brand new office with an amazing window view and the best coffee machine money can buy. Emma was the star of our house buying journey. Keeping in contact with our solicitors, chasing them when needed and keeping us up to date at least once a week with a Friday phone call. I cannot thank Emma enough for all she did. A very professional and friendly team. Have only dealt with Lisa Smith and Ross Forder, but I'm sure there are lots of other people in the office that have worked on our purchase. Had our offer accepted on 17/12/2021 and will complete on 21st February. Have been updated weekly and daily nearer to the exchange of contracts. Thankyou and well done.

Mat P and the team have made the process of selling out home and buying our next house as painless as possible. From start to where we are now (still finalising paperwork) they have been responsive and professional, keeping us up to date at all times.
