I bought a property through JNP and despite bumping into every possible delay along the way (JNP not at fault), Emma always provided an excellent service. She fought tooth and nail to get the purchase over the line and even after a year of waiting and dealing with disorganised solicitors and management companies, she remained just as determined and friendly. Although at times I had lost faith in the process of buying the property, Emma stayed optimistic and looked out for every opportunity where she could proactively help the seller and I.
