We were fortunate enough to have Janet Chandler assisting us in our purchase of a flat for our daughter in High Wycombe. The process was subject to a number of delays due to the Management Company and Solicitors, however Jan was always the reassuring voice on the end of the phone! She assisted hugely in liaising between all sides and in progressing matters; without Jan I am not convinced the sale would have gone ahead.
