We got our offer accepted all the way back at the beginning of 2024, our solicitors were very hard to work with, but JNP were very active in telling us everything that was happening. Lisa Smith went out of her way to find out what was happening with our purchase and what steps we were at. I was also expecting a baby in Feb 2025 so it was important we got the house sorted by then. No matter what time of the day Lisa didn’t hesitate to answer our questions or tell us what she was waiting on from our solicitor. It made life so much easier knowing what was going on behind the scenes through Lisa, as without her we wouldn’t have had a clue what was going on. We have finally got our completion done today January 2025 and can’t wait to start our own family in our own home.
