Ryan and Lucy have been absolutely incredible estate agents, from when they first came to offer some advise 2 years ago and value the house to when we eventually decided was the right time to buy. Together as a team they make you feel valued as a client and will answer the phone or emails all throughout the day (and late into night) there professionalism throughout the process and help they offer from how to prepare the house, coming to take photos and throughout the process is second to none! They add that personal touch and will go out there way to help with questions, chasing solicitors, putting on the pressure with other estate agents and just being on the phone to rant to if something isnt going the way you thought it should with the conveyancing process.
