The entire process for us moving into our new home took over 7 months in total. It was a text book nightmare case, from Japanese Knotweed, Posessorary titles, basment leakage and chimney stack reports, to top it off we found ourselves in the middle of a pandemic where businesses were furloughed and business as usual was a thing of the past. Catherine and Rachel were amazing throughout. Both picking up emails throughout the COVID 19 pandemic, chasing numerous queries and making us feel like there was someone helping us through the process every step of the way. Estate agents don't always get the best press, but the team here certainly deserve it.
