Ryder and Dutton, Heywood Branch handled the sale of my dad’s house. They were fantastic, very professional, understanding of the situation and delivered a “Top Class” service. All of the staff I dealt with Catherine, Lynda and Rachel provided excellent communication throughout the process and I cannot rate them high enough for their professionalism and delivery of a great experience. We were selling my dad’s house in Heywood and we live in Bishop Auckland. Rachel and the team checked on the house weekly as part of the insurance requirement due to my dad being in a care home in Durham and the house being empty. This was something they did not have to do however, they provided this service to a schedule which was beyond expectation. In addition to this, Catherine and Lynda provided updates on a regular basis even when there was little happening in the sale process. I cannot praise the R&D Heywood team enough for their professionalism and service. You would be a fool not to use them If you are selling a property. >10/10 is my rating and this is not an exaggeration. They are all fantastic.

The staff at Ryder & Dutton have been brilliant throughout handling the sale of my property, from the off i was at ease with the initial meeting and valuation provided by Rachel, who offered an honest opinion on the current state of the market and showed good knowledge into similar properties on the market in my area. Lynn and Catherine both offered great service from the office, initially with handling any potential interest in the property and following up a viewing with potential buyers. In the final stages of the service Catherine worked tirelessly chasing feedback from both sets of solicitors in an effort to keep the sale moving through, providing feedback constantly along the way, this helped me achieve the completion date I had hoped for. I've been working with Becky Taylor & Nikki Cockcroft to arrange my Mortgage after making an offer on a house.
