I recently sold my property with Ryder & Dutton, Heywood branch. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Starting with Fran Whittle who came out to to do the initial valuation with her obvious experience and knowledge of the local market, which is the most important aspect of selling a house. She also did the photographs and write up and it was listed online within just a few days. From that point on I dealt with Megan D’Angelillo at the local branch who was just excellent in every aspect of her position. She moved to another branch shortly after and Jenna Henley took over, who was also excellent, extremely efficient, professional and with great communication. They have perfected their process and they execute so well, both individually and as a Team. I received multiple, daily emails about viewings which happened immediately the house was listed, which they also handled for me. I had multiple offers within the first week and Jenna was on the ball at all times until we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Once we agreed with the buyer, the transaction went as quickly as their bank would allow. Jenna kept me informed every step of the way, I never had to call once to ask for updates, she preempted any question before I even asked. It’s rare to get such service, I cannot recommend them highly enough. It becomes very apparent that using your local estate agent who has known the local area for so many years is a must for viewings and communication. I also used a solicitor they are not connected to but are familiar with due to their long, established network of local vendors, which made communication flow much better than had I introduced a random, unknown solicitor. This just added to the efficiency. I had no issues at all. Had there been any I would rather have a local company on my side than a random online company who have no connection or attachment to the area. I can recommend Ryder & Dutton without hesitation, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Big thanks to Fran, Megan and Jenna, you were totally awesome!

As a portfolio landlord currently selling most of my properties, I am dealing with several Estate Agents and Ryder & Dutton Heywood branch have been the best so far. Catherine is very pro-active and her communication skills are exemplary. I was updated constantly with feedback from viewings and progress once the sale had been agreed. Catherine's team (Julie, Megan, Jenna, Naomi, Lucy and Shannon) all played their parts by providing viewing confirmations and helping me with other tasks that I placed on them as someone who lives a long way from the property being sold. They provided access to engineers, liaised with a neighbour who held keys at one point and dealt with any mail that had arrived for myself or my former tenant. Catherine also negotiated the best price for my property when 2 potential buyers had both offered on it. The successful sale was then seen to completion with constant updates and chasing of both sets of solicitors. A very satisfactory experience therefore and a team who come with the highest recommendation.

Catherine at Ryder and Dutton was AMAZING from start to finish. The sale of my house wasn't easy as it had hurdles we didn't expect none of which were anyone's fault just unforseen. Catherine was so helpful and professional nothing was too much trouble, always there always replied and did everything possible to get us to the completion.
