Being a first time buyer, every small detail of the process was new to us. I really don’t know how to describe how much I was amazed by the service I had received and the professional service all the way through my application. From the day I went to view the property until my offer was accepted, and all the support of Megan and the assistant and all the updates about my application. Megan was extremely helpful throughout the purchase of my new home. There is some frustrating red tape which is entirely artificial and put in place by R&D (and probably other agents) which caused a lot of frustration on the buyers and sellers side - that wouldn’t have been an issue had R&D not been involved… Which feels unnecessary and actually resulted in me losing a house we’d had an offer accepted on. The seller actually ended up so fed up that they decided not to sell their house at all! Nevertheless, I felt Megan was informative, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping and doing her best to meet my and the - eventual seller throughout the process.

Purchasing our first home with Catherine (heywood branch) was such an amazing experience. The transition ran smoothly no stress no pressure very professional and so so so kind, nothing was to much trouble. Worked with us every step of the way giving us updated regularly and allowing us time to respond. Truly appreciate all the efforts Catherine went through to get us our perfect home sorted.
