After viewing a number of houses around the Greater Manchester area, we set our heart on SunnyBank - our move was challenging due to fact we were moving from London to Manchester. Catherine was extremely professional during the negotiation process and kept us informed. We would not of successfully moved if it was not for Catherine, her local knowledge was a great advantage and ultimately eased us into the property and area. Extremely tentative and customer focused is what we experienced from the transaction and she continues to check up on us. Would highly recommend to friends & family. Shahid & Family
