I have taken some time to reply to this review due to how disappointed I was that you actually wrote such unkind words. Whilst I understand your personal position with regards to your sale was complex and difficult for you, I worked incredibly hard to support everyone in the transaction in order to get the result that you wanted - the sale to go through! Yes, sometimes I was firm, but I was always fair and at times, there was no option but to be so. I can categorically say that the work I did (much of which was way beyond the normal call of duty as an estate agent as well as often being out of normal hours and dealing with scenarios that were far from the norm), actually enabled the transaction to cross the line. I am confident that there are very few agents out there who would have been able to handle the situations that were involved in this sale.
