Ryder and Dutton

***Hell for renters but heaven for Landlords**** If you are renting through DKH then be ready to deal with a very cheap landlord type mentality… At the end of tenancy, you will feel like FBI has scanned the property and 100s of photos with even a 1mm mark or chip will be shared and an insane amount (minimum £1000) will be deducted from your deposit. I spoke with my friends/colleagues who rented through DKH and it’s a cumulative feedback!! Terrible people to deal with, beware of renting from DKH. Adding the true experience review in my attachment so that a clear picture can be seen!!
