I wish I could give no stars. Worst company for student housing. Place was in an unsuitable condition when we moved in, broken bed, no curtains and the place is covered in mould everywhere. They don't care if it created health issues and take weeks to reply or fix broken items. I wouldn't recommend at all to my worst enemy. If you want to be ripped off and live in absolute dump you found the right company to rent with.
Reply from Ryder and Dutton: We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. What you’ve described falls well below the standards we aim to provide, and we take concerns around property condition and health very seriously.
We would like the opportunity to investigate this properly, my colleague Hayley will be in touch with you directly for this.
Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us identify where we need to improve.
