Avoid!!! , they are the worst agents in town, they deduct money to students for no reason, they take commissions and deposits for absolutely no reason, they deserve to go out of business

For clarity, we cannot and do not deduct money from any deposit without proper justification and supporting evidence. All deposits are protected in line with legal requirements, and any proposed deductions must be evidenced and agreed or resolved through the relevant deposit scheme. This is a regulated process, not something we can act on arbitrarily.
