My girlfriend and I were very grateful for all your assistance with our move - you worked extremely hard on our behalf, from showing us the property at very short notice (I think we enquired about the property around 4.30pm and you immediately made arrangements to show us the flat even at that late time in the afternoon). You also stayed late to ensure we could sign the tenancy agreement on the Saturday, and worked around us coming up from South Wales on a delayed train. All the time you also kept us up to speed with things via email and text which was much appreciated. Overall on behalf of me and my girlfriend can I thank you very much for all your help - moving home can be a stressful experience, especially considering we were moving to an area we are not really familiar with, but you did all you could to ensure things progressed as smoothly as possible for us. We are very grateful for your help, and if any of our Welsh friends need to move to London in future we will certainly recommend that they speak to Eva!
