From the valuation on Monday, photographs on Thursday, Rightmove listing on Friday and open day the following weekend. We received an offer from the open day but unfortunately that fell through. Back on the market straight away, several viewings and another offer very quickly. We couldn’t ask for any more. Steve, Ian, Lara and Charlotte have been very helpful and responsive but a special shout out to Tom who did the viewings with more enthusiasm than I could ever muster! They are all a pleasure to deal with.
