Everyone at Castles in Boxmoor are very helpful. They are very efficient at communicating which makes buying/ selling much less stressful. We usually got an update at least once a week, and lots of help from Sam especially when dealing with solicitors/ removal companies. When they made viewing appointments they always sent a text and email within seconds. These things are much appreciated.

Firstly the estate agent Aaron that showed me the properties totally understood what I was looking for and my budget. He didn’t waffle or give a hard sales pitch, just showed me around a good selection of properties. He really was a star. Once I placed an offer I dealt with Sam in the after sales liaison team. Let me start by saying this is by far the best estates agency in Hemel Hempstead. We're first time buyers and the process with Castles was relaxing and we were helped lots with the knowledge and wisdom from the team. Thanks. We actually used a couple of other estate agents to view a couple of house before getting in contact with Castles but as soon as we spoke with Simon, he was proactive, enthusiastic and nothing was too small for him to help us - we changed to Castles immediately.
