Firstly the estate agent Aaron that showed me the properties totally understood what I was looking for and my budget. He didn’t waffle or give a hard sales pitch, just showed me around a good selection of properties. He really was a star. Once I placed an offer I dealt with Sam in the after sales liaison team. She was outstanding, from start to finish and made sure the whole process went smoothly and with the least amount of hassle, she was a superstar!
