Let me start by saying this is by far the best estates agency in Hemel Hempstead. We're first time buyers and the process with Castles was relaxing and we were helped lots with the knowledge and wisdom from the team. Thanks. We actually used a couple of other estate agents to view a couple of house before getting in contact with Castles but as soon as we spoke with Simon, he was proactive, enthusiastic and nothing was too small for him to help us - we changed to Castles immediately. He effectively took our desired requirements for our house and found the perfect property, negotiated a great price and got the ball moving with all parties. Simon then got Sam involved, who's there for you to chase solicitors and pretty much make your life hassel free for the whole of the buying process. Together, they were excellent. Looking back from the start of our search and now, I'm so happy finding Castles, Simon and Sam. I can only imagine that it would've taken twice as long and I'd be doing the chasing myself if we used the other estate agents Thank you so much Simon and team.
