Lewis gave us a very comprehensive tour of the flat we were hoping to purchase, Simon was very quick to to contact me to progress my offer when Daniel was out of the office and Daniel gave me excellent advice regarding the best way to negotiate a purchase price that I and the owners of the flat were able to agree.
